Each member of the staff of Outside Insights brings you an average of over 20 years of experience in the field of marketing. These experiences cover a vast array of industry sectors in both consumer and business-to-business marketing. Spearheading the firm are:


Since leaving Leo Burnett, Bob has over 30 years of marketing and consulting experience. He works intimately with CEO’s to help set company strategies and provide creative solutions to business challenges. He has helped CEO’s and companies in the following industries: Manufacturing; (Rust Belt and High-Tech); Banking; Telecommunications; Financial Services; Health Care; Food and Wine; Furniture and Household Goods; Retail; Entertainment; Consulting and Business Services.
 

Andy has over 25 years marketing experience working for major advertising agencies and consumer goods companies. His agency tenure has provided him with wide category experience, and his six years spent with a consumer goods company gives him a top to bottom perspective of our clients’ and prospects’ businesses.
   
 
Karen has been responsible for developing and conducting strategic research for corporate decision making for a broad range of industries. Most recently, she has worked in life science marketing consulting – helping life science, biopharmaceutical and diagnostic clients with strategic planning and market research development and implementation. She has had a variety of management experience including the following functions: telesales, telemarketing, sales support, service, and direct marketing. Karen has developed and constructed telesales and lead management programs from the ground up. Her earliest experience in field and telephone selling provided a solid foundation for listening to understand customers, problem solving, and creating partnerships.
   
 
A senior marketing professional, Ann helps her clients build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders-prospects, customers, investors, board members, and employees. She helps her executive clients overcome their biggest business challenges and achieve measurable business results. Ann's approach always starts with the customer and builds from there. Her career spans more than 20 years, both as an agency executive and as a client-side professional with companies such as Platinum Technology, Covia/Galileo, and AT&T Bell Labs. Ann has developed successful integrated marketing and communications strategies for Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profit organizations, and startups.
   
 
Kathleen has 20 years marketing experience with both business-to-business and consumer-type companies. As both an employee of public relations and advertising firms, as well as an independent marketing contractor, Kathleen has a broad knowledge of marketing via a wide variety of channels. Specializing in public relations, Kathleen has a keen sense of the importance of perception of your organization, and is well trained in corporate investigation and in the best ways to reach those who are important to you.
   
 
Prior to joining RBA, Dyanne devoted over twenty years as a partner in RBI, an international trade and government affairs consulting company located in Washington D.C. In addition to Fortune 500 companies, RBI serves association clients and Dyanne directed RBI's association member services which included crafting Washington strategies, developing export plans, representing association members at international trade shows, conducting international marketing training sessions, and delivering frequent lectures on international trade matters. Associations represented included those in the manufacturing, chemical, and services industries.
